Scrum Breakfast: Done and Undone (in Englisch)

In Honor of the Lean Agile Scrum Conference, the June Scrum Breakfast will be held on Thursday, June 4 at the ETH, where Ken Schwaber will present this month's breakfast topic:

Done and Undone - Scrum uses iterative, incremental development. Why do so many Scrum teams have problems creating a potentially shippable increment every iteration? Is it because they try to do too much, because the skills and infrastructure are inadequate, or because Scrum is unattainable. Scrum co-creator Ken Schwaber will talk about the roots of this issue and what can be done to address it.

Like other Scrum Breakfasts, admission is free. You can register online (link will be published shortly). Our usual limit of 30 particpants doesn't apply becuase the ETH has lots of space.

BTW - Ken will be giving a Certified Scrum Master Training on June 2 and 3. More information and registration online Note: Conference Participants receive a 10% discount on their course registration.
