Virtual Team Training (english / online)

Many of us have been working in a home office for some time. Established teams have transferred their collaboration to the virtual world. But the world does not stand still. Team compositions change, tried and tested structures dissolve. Time for a team training, tailor-made for online teams.

We also offer the same team training for individuals. The participants are divided into teams and constitute their cooperation on the basis of team simulations.

Learning Objectives

  • You develop a deeper understanding of the challenges of working in virtual and distributed teams.
  • Together with your team colleagues, you improve the ability to successfully complete joint tasks despite local distribution.
  • Using concrete tasks, you will reflect on the usefulness and trade-offs of virtual collaboration tools.
  • You learn to establish policies, ground rules and a team culture that support virtual teamwork and effective distributed decision-making.
