Künstliche Intelligenz verändert die Wirtschaft – aber wie gelingt es kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU), diese Technologien konkret und gewinnbringend einzusetzen? Im zweiten Swiss AI SME Circle tauschen wir praxisnahe Erfahrungen rund um reale KI-Use-Cases aus und diskutieren, wie Unternehmen voneinander lernen und gemeinsam schneller vorankommen können. Anhand ausgewählter Praxisbeispiele zeigen Teilnehmende, wie sie KI bereits produktiv einsetzen – von der Prozessautomatisierung bis zur intelligenten Datenanalyse.

Einblick in Apertus & ALPS – Schweizer KI-Technologien
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf Apertus und der ALPS-Infrastruktur > https://www.swiss-ai.org/apertus

Beide Plattformen wurden entwickelt, um sicheren, transparenten und datenschutzkonformen Zugang zu Large Language Models und Hochleistungsrechenressourcen zu bieten – speziell für Schweizer Unternehmen. Wir zeigen, wie KMU von diesen Technologien profitieren können und welche Unterstützung ihnen im nationalen KI-Ökosystem zur Verfügung steht.

Über den Swiss AI SME Circle
Der Swiss AI SME Circle wurde im Oktober 2025 von der Swiss National AI Initiative (SNAI) gemeinsam mit dem CSCS und swissICT lanciert. Der Circle bringt Unternehmen, Forschende und Innovator:innen zusammen, um Peer Learning, Wissensaustausch und praxisnahe Zusammenarbeit zu fördern. Der zweite Circle findet am swissICT Hauptsitz in Altstetten statt und widmet sich Use Cases als Zentrum des gemeinsamen Lernens.

Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass KMU direkt von nationaler Infrastruktur, Expertise und Kooperationen profitieren.

Use Cases & Peer Learning – unlocking more value from AI together

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the economy – but how can small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) leverage these technologies in a practical and profitable way? At the second Swiss AI SME Circle, we will exchange hands-on experiences around real AI use cases and discuss how companies can learn from each other and accelerate progress together. Through selected examples from practice, participants will showcase how they are already using AI productively – from process automation to intelligent data analysis.

Spotlight on Apertus & ALPS – Swiss AI Technologies
Another focus will be on Apertus and the ALPS infrastructure → https://www.swiss-ai.org/apertus
Both platforms were developed to provide secure, transparent, and privacy-compliant access to large language models and high-performance computing resources – specifically for Swiss companies.

We will show how SMEs can benefit from these technologies and what kind of support is available within the national AI ecosystem.

About the Swiss AI SME Circle
The Swiss AI SME Circle was launched in October 2025 by the Swiss National AI Initiative (SNAI), together with CSCS and swissICT.
The Circle brings together companies, researchers, and innovators to promote peer learning, knowledge sharing, and practical collaboration. The second Circle will take place at the swissICT headquarters in Altstetten and will focus on use cases as the core of shared learning. The goal is to ensure that SMEs directly benefit from national infrastructure, expertise, and collaboration opportunities.
